This is our original patented product. The toy is shaped like a spinning top, secured by suction cups at the bottom, allowing it to adhere to any flat surface. The transparent top shell contains three mint balls, their perforated design attracting the cat's attention. The toy itself can also rotate under external force, and two spring-loaded teasers on the outside serve as both teasing sticks and rotation aids.
